Cloud
When the steam that ascends from the planet surface becomes a liquid or ice, water particles and ice particles are formed in the high atmosphere. When these particles accumulate, it rains or it snows from the cloud. A cloud is these particles together.
In some planets the cloud contains other matters or it lacks water.
